Comments: Firstly I would like to thank all those who worked hard both on Sun & Sat morning with the covers to get a game on. To our club and Abbey Vale comm & players for their efforts on and off the park to play this match. The officials made the correct decision to stop the game. We all try to provide football for everyones enjoyment but sadly a persons enjoyment to-day was to trash my car outside the park if the person has a point to make its the easy way out. It must be a sad life for them. |

At least have the conviction to put your name to your post so you can be given a constructive reply otherwise dont miss call the person who gives up there free time to update and run the website on behalf of Threave Rovers. (And in my opinion is doing a good job) |

Comments: AS it is not in my remit to reply to a person who appears to have no name or identity I am reluctant to give him or her a space in a reply. Web sites Etc are a way of making comments whether helpfull or not and can be addressed in a way which hopefully will satisfy all concerned. If the identity is witheld then I assume they may have some personality or communication problem.The volunteers give up a lot of time to help run our club the web site manager who has another post in our club gives 100 per cent + in his duties. But if the unknown person would care to contact me in person then I am sure a position can be arranged for you as you stated ( can others do better ) CAN YOU. Await your call Colin C. Holden. Comments: It dosent matter what you do to help any club you always get the smart comments from people who have nothing else better to do with there time than run people down who are doing things at the club in their own time. If this said person can do any better than the people doing the jobs please come along to the next meeting and try and get on to the committee as we are always needing people to help out,this will probably not happen because you will be happy hiding behind your pc posting stupid comments if i was in charge of the website i wouldnt even posted your STUPID COMMENT |

Comments: See you have updated your website but did not see fit to include my comment. Is that you only court the good publicity? What happened to freedom of speech or is it because it is criticism of yourself? Are you scared for your job?? Can others do better? REPLY The job is yours, and it would appear you have what it takes. If you are going to post an opinion on this webite and slag people off for their efforts, please put a name and a valid email address to it in order for the Club to respond to it. It is only cowards who hide. A name will also help us to contact you and offer you the job as experts are always welcome. It takes a lot of time and effort to update this site and you clearly have plenty on your hands. Make yourself known to the real supporters of the Club |
